Issue
Jason Van Noordennen moved to South Australia from the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria with his family in 2007. He also moved his home building business JNS Constructions. After some success in building clients in a new market, Jason was referred to Pitstop Marketing to assist with developing a stronger presence in South Australia.
Solution
Pitstop Marketing assisted Jason with industry research and setting a strategic roadmap of priorities to refine the brand. Together they discovered that the current branding (logo and communication materials) did not reflect the true personality of the brand, nor did it target the correct markets.
Pitstop Marketing implemented a rebranding project, which consisted of new logo development, related stationery and copy writing.
An online strategy was developed with a new website designed to allow for future growth as the business develops and e-marketing templates to communicate with stakeholders.
Jason was involved in the logo and website development, working closely with the designer to ensure it conveyed the position he wanted to achieve in the marketplace.
A photographer was engaged to capture the quality of work produced by JNS Constructions and promotional concepts were developed to take the brand to market.
Outcome
Jason’s staff have embraced the new identity and clients are referring more friends and family to the website. The JNS Constructions database has grown and business is booked solidly through until June 2012. Due to the busy period, some promotional concepts are currently on-hold and Jason knows he can call on Pitstop Marketing at any stage for further help.
